I’m very selective about the programs I place my daughter in, especially given her unique learning style. In other environments, her curiosity and inventive thinking weren’t always embraced or nurtured. Because of this, what immediately caught my attention was Veritas’ standard of excellence. Every scholar and parent I spoke with gave me a well-rounded sense of the program, and that consistency and support really stood out to me. Veritas’ expectations were clear, and accountability was, and still is, non-negotiable for every scholar.
Since joining this year’s cohort, her growth has been nothing short of exceptional. The skills she is gaining, both academically and personally, have extended far beyond the classroom and into her everyday life. What I appreciate most is how Veritas empowers her to own “her” voice and confidently step into spaces she may have once avoided. She now walks into rooms knowing that her voice matters. Veritas is so much more than learning how to debate, it’s a rare experience that is truly shaping how my daughter shows up in this world and that, is priceless!!!
