In 2025, I took the opportunity to join The Veritas Schools as a scholar, not knowing that was ahead I decided to do my best and push myself beyond limits.
While I began my Veritas journey as a scholar, I now get to continue my journey as a Business Fellow, working with the COO and Head of Schools Tameka Thomas, Ed.S..
My journey was not linear, I had ups and downs, my doubts and fears, but despite popular belief, those limiting emotions propelled me to lead, inspire, and persevere.
Through The Veritas Schools I have learned invaluable lessons and skills that I will carry into my future career paths.
Thank you to Brandon P. Fleming, Tameka Thomas, Ed.S. for pouring into me, and all the other impactful instructors that have given their time and resources for us.
While I have graduated the program, being a Veritas scholar does not stop when you remove the uniform, but becomes a way of life.
