Robyn Thompson serves as Vice President of Operations at The Veritas Schools, bringing more than 20 years of experience building and scaling multi-site organizations. In this role, she helps lead organizational operations, strengthen systems and processes, and build the infrastructure necessary to support Veritas as it expands nationwide.
Robyn began her career in banking, where she advanced to the role of branch manager. She later founded and led a cultural retail and events enterprise in Edinburgh, Scotland, establishing the city’s first private photography gallery. During this period, she also worked as a fine art and press photographer. Her work included covering the Edinburgh Zoo’s acquisition of giant pandas and traveling to China as part of the international effort.
As CEO of Four Fat Cows, Robyn built an ice cream and dessert company serving retail customers and restaurant wholesale accounts. Under her leadership, the company grew from a single location to seven locations and expanded to include three corporate divisions.
Before joining Veritas, Robyn spent two years leading her own consulting practice, advising a wide range of businesses on operational systems, processes, and procedures.
Robyn holds a degree in Business Management from Marylhurst University.
